Based on some theories of experience economy and experience marketing, this paper analysis the roles of experience marketing model in transformation design of Qiulin old store environment. The paper also proposes three important principles which the transformation design needs to be followed: import principle, protection and renewal principle, and reflect principle. Accordingly the three principles, the paper analysis some important elements in transformation design of basement of Qiulin old store, and brings experience situational transformation design and introductions. The design explores a new solution for marketing environment transformation of our historic commercial building.
