新员工尤其是新入职大学生是企业的新鲜血液,但如何让新员工真正认同企业、投身企业,成为企业可持续发展的生力军,是每一个单位需要共同面对的问题,而通过培养新入职大学生的企业文化基因则可以很好地解决这个问题。笔者结合在企业多年的工作经历,按照走进、了解、融入、热爱四步曲开展对新入职大学生的教育,让他们成为企业文化基因的承载者和传承者,为企业可持续发展提供了优质稳定的人力资源保障。

New employees, especially new recruits college students are fresh blood of enterprises. But how to make new employees really approve and join enterprises, become a force for the sustainable development of enterprises are common problems faced by each unit. Training of new recruited college students' enterprise cultural gene can solve this problem. Combined with the years of work experience, the author carries on education for the new recruited college students according to the four steps of walking, understanding, integrating and loving, makes them become the bearers and inheritors of enterprises cultural gene, provides quality and stable human resources support for the sustainable development of enterprises.
