设计了一种以MCS?51单片机为控制核心的钢纤维排序设备控制电路,利用单片机产生PWM控制信号,根据进料的多少,来控制排序磁场的大小,有效地解决了钢钎排序电路效率低、发热大的问题,实现了励磁磁场与进料速度的智能控制,实现了系统的高可靠性,大大地提高了钢纤维的排序包装效率。
設計瞭一種以MCS?51單片機為控製覈心的鋼纖維排序設備控製電路,利用單片機產生PWM控製信號,根據進料的多少,來控製排序磁場的大小,有效地解決瞭鋼釬排序電路效率低、髮熱大的問題,實現瞭勵磁磁場與進料速度的智能控製,實現瞭繫統的高可靠性,大大地提高瞭鋼纖維的排序包裝效率。

A control circuit of steel fiber sorting device taking MCS?51 microcontroller as control core was designed. It gen?erates a PWM control signal by microcontroller to control the size of the sort magnetic field according to the feed quantity. The problems of low efficiency and heating generation of the steel sorting circuit were solved effectively. The intelligent control of the magnetic field and feed speed,and high reliability of the system were realized. The control circuit designed in this paper im?proved the efficiency of steel fiber sorting packing.
