目的:探讨护生带教方法。方法:由护士长、教学秘书、专业组长讨论带教人员,护士长组织考核有带教资质的老师,在专科理论、操作及个人素养都取得优秀的老师一对一带教。教学秘书负责护生的具体带教工作,组织进行入科教育、专科知识训练、专科技能训练、护理文书带教、本科生小讲课及跟护士长上班一周,出科考核,使护生能将骨科理论与临床实际相结合,提高理论与实际操作能力;实习结束进行教学双评。结果:通过骨科四周的实习,护生的综合素质得到了提高,掌握了利用整体护理的工作方法对骨科常见疾病的护理,熟悉了骨科疾病合并其他疾病的病情观察及护理要点,掌握了骨科常用仪器的使用目的、方法及注意事项,本科生的教学及管理能力得到提高,出科前理论及操作考试成绩平均分别为90分、93.5分,护理文书书写为优。结论:该教学方法得到护生的认可,实行教学双向评定,带教老师和护生都有一定的压力,促进了带教质量及学习质量的提高。

Objective Discussion on teaching methods of nursing students.
