目的：探讨在行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者中实施不同的护理方法及效果。方法：对2011～2013年我院收治的110例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者进行随机数字表法分组，每组各55例，将实施常规护理者设为对照组，在常规护理上施加综合护理者设为观察组，对两组患者护理后取得的效果进行观察和比照。结果：两组患者术后均恢复正常并出院。在并发症方面，观察组的发生率是10.9%，较之对照组的38.2%相对较低（P＜0.05）。结论：为行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施综合性护理干预，能够有效提高临床护理效果，尽可能避免并发症的发生，临床可行意义较高，建议进一步普及应用。

목적：탐토재행복강경담낭절제술치료적환자중실시불동적호리방법급효과。방법：대2011～2013년아원수치적110례복강경담낭절제술환자진행수궤수자표법분조，매조각55례，장실시상규호리자설위대조조，재상규호리상시가종합호리자설위관찰조，대량조환자호리후취득적효과진행관찰화비조。결과：량조환자술후균회복정상병출원。재병발증방면，관찰조적발생솔시10.9%，교지대조조적38.2%상대교저（P＜0.05）。결론：위행복강경담낭절제술환자실시종합성호리간예，능구유효제고림상호리효과，진가능피면병발증적발생，림상가행의의교고，건의진일보보급응용。
Objective: To investigate the line of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients treated with the implementation and effectiveness of different methods of care. Methods:2011 ~ 2013 in our hospital 110 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients were randomly divided into groups each of 55 cases, the implementation of the routine care group were set to impose a comprehensive caregiver on routine care observation group, the effect of the two groups of patients were observed after treatment achieved and cf. Results: The two groups of patients were back to normal after surgery and was discharged. In terms of complications, the incidence of the observation group was 10.9%, 38.2%, relatively low compared to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with implementing comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the effectiveness of clinical care, as much as possible to avoid complications, higher clinical significance feasible, it is recommended to further popularize the application.
