目的探究和分析麻黄汤超微饮片与传统饮片水溶性及醇溶性浸出物的差异性。方法采用波层色谱法分别鉴定麻黄汤超微饮片与传统饮片的水溶性以及醇溶性浸出物定量，并作对比分析。结果超微饮片的水溶性浸出物平均值为0.2295g，明显优于传统饮片的0.1512g，两者之比为1.52，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05)；超微饮片的醇溶性浸出物平均值为0.0497g，明显优于传统饮片的0.039g，两者之比为1.27，差异显著，有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。讨论对中药饮片进行粉碎处理，不仅不会降低药材的药性，反而可以提高饮片的水溶性以及醇溶性浸出物的定量，比创痛饮片的药效更显著，有助于提高临床治疗效果。
