目的：探究与分析小儿脑瘫康复过程中应用家庭护理的临床效果及小儿预后情况。方法：选取我院于2013年6月至2013年12月收治的脑瘫患儿60例，将其作为临床研究对象，采取随机数字表法分为常规护理组及家庭护理组，观察两组患儿经不同护理方式后的临床效果及预后情况。结果：常规护理组与家庭护理组出院后三个月复诊时的评分情况均高于出院前评分情况（P<0.05）；家庭护理组较常规护理组相比，出院后三个月复诊时评分情况明显升高（P<0.05）。结论：将家庭护理应用于脑瘫患儿中可有效缓解脑瘫患儿的临床症状，加快康复进程，从根本上提高患儿的生存质量，患儿及其家属的满意程度增高，值得推广于临床实践中。

Objective: To explore and analyze the process of rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy use home care and pediatric clinical effect prognosis. Methods: Our hospital in June 2013 to December2013 were treated 60 cases of cerebral palsy, which was as a clinical study, according to the chronological order of admission into treatment group and the usual care group home care to observe the two groups of children after the clinical effects of different treatment methods and prognosis. Results: After the usual care group and group home care referral hospital for three months when the scores were higher than pre-discharge condition score cases (P <0.05); home care group than the usual care group compared, three months after discharge, referral rates cases was significantly higher (P <0.05) Conclusion: the home care can be effectively used in children with cerebral palsy in children with cerebral palsy relieve symptoms, speed up the recovery process and improve the quality of life of children and fundamental y, the children and their families increased satisfaction, value worth promoting in clinical practice.
