目的：探究不稳定心绞痛患者引进预见性护理模式的临床效果，并为该院新的护理理念的开展提供实践指导。方法选取该院于2010年8月-2012年10月收治的76例不稳定心绞痛患者，采取随机数字表法进行分组，分别设为研究组和对照组，每组各38例。其中对照组实施常规心内科护理措施，研究组实施预见性护理方案。结果研究组临床疗效高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理能够促进患者预后康复，提高治疗效果，同时还可增强护患关系，提升护理满意度，实现医院与患者的双赢效益。
목적：탐구불은정심교통환자인진예견성호리모식적림상효과，병위해원신적호리이념적개전제공실천지도。방법선취해원우2010년8월-2012년10월수치적76례불은정심교통환자，채취수궤수자표법진행분조，분별설위연구조화대조조，매조각38례。기중대조조실시상규심내과호리조시，연구조실시예견성호리방안。결과연구조림상료효고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。연구조환자만의도고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론예견성호리능구촉진환자예후강복，제고치료효과，동시환가증강호환관계，제승호리만의도，실현의원여환자적쌍영효익。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of predictive nursing mode applied to the nursing of patients with unstable angina pectoris, so as to provide a practical guidance for carrying out new ideas of nursing in our hospital. Methods 76 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients admitted in our hospital from August, 2010 to October, 2012 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 38 cases in each. The control group was given the conventional nursing measures of Cardiovascular Department, and the study group was given predictive nursing. Results The clinical curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that of the patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Predictive nursing can not only improve the prognostic rehabilitation of the patients and the therapeutic effect, but also enhance the relationship between nurses and patients, improve nursing satisfaction, and achieve win-win benefits of hospital and patients.
