目的：探讨重症瓣膜病的外科治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析2009年3月至2011年9月我院收治的120例重症心脏瓣膜病患者的临床资料。其中心功能I I级患者80例，IV级患者40例，其中接受二尖瓣置换术的患者50例，接受主动脉瓣置换术的患者45例，接受二尖瓣+主动脉瓣置换术的患者25例。结果：手术后早期死亡的患者5例，死亡率为4.2%。主要死亡原因为心脏功能衰竭、呼吸衰竭、多器官衰竭、脑栓塞/出血等。结论：重症心脏瓣膜病的外科治疗需要充分的术前准备，注意改善患者术前心功能及营养状况，术后积极预防并发症的发生，可提高手术成功率。
목적：탐토중증판막병적외과치료효과。방법：회고성분석2009년3월지2011년9월아원수치적120례중증심장판막병환자적림상자료。기중심공능I I급환자80례，IV급환자40례，기중접수이첨판치환술적환자50례，접수주동맥판치환술적환자45례，접수이첨판+주동맥판치환술적환자25례。결과：수술후조기사망적환자5례，사망솔위4.2%。주요사망원인위심장공능쇠갈、호흡쇠갈、다기관쇠갈、뇌전새/출혈등。결론：중증심장판막병적외과치료수요충분적술전준비，주의개선환자술전심공능급영양상황，술후적겁예방병발증적발생，가제고수술성공솔。
Objective: To investigate the surgical treatment of severe valvular disease effect. Methods: A retrospective analysis from March 2009 to September 2011 in our hospital 120 cases of severe valvular heart disease clinical data. Its central functions 80 patients with stage II can, IV grade 40 patients, 25 patients underwent mitral valve replacement in 50 patients, and 45 patients to receive aortic valve replacement surgery, accepted mitral + aortic valve replacement surgery . Results: Patients with early death after surgery in 5 cases, the mortality rate was 4.2%. The main cause of death was heart failure, respiratory failure, multiple organ failure, cerebral embolism / bleeding. Conclusions: Surgical treatment of severe valvular heart disease need adequate preoperative preparation, attention to improve heart function and nutritional status of patients before and after surgery to actively prevent complications, can improve the success rate.
