目的：探讨骨折患者术后疼痛因素，总结护理对策，以缓解或消除患者术后痛感。方法：给予相应护理措施，音乐干预、体位纠正及心理护理等措施，对于疼痛严重难以耐受者给予药物镇痛，观察护理效果。结果：相应护理后，91.7%患者疼痛感减轻，可以耐受疼痛。结论：引起骨折术后疼痛因素较多，且疼痛所占比例较大，针对不同疼痛类别，术后给予相应护理可降低患者疼痛感，提高生活质量。

목적：탐토골절환자술후동통인소，총결호리대책，이완해혹소제환자술후통감。방법：급여상응호리조시，음악간예、체위규정급심리호리등조시，대우동통엄중난이내수자급여약물진통，관찰호리효과。결과：상응호리후，91.7%환자동통감감경，가이내수동통。결론：인기골절술후동통인소교다，차동통소점비례교대，침대불동동통유별，술후급여상응호리가강저환자동통감，제고생활질량。
Objective:To explore the factors of postoperative pain of fracture patients.Summarize nursing countermeasures,in order to alleviate or eliminate the postoperative pain of patients.Methods:All cases were given the corresponding nursing measures, the music intervention,posture correction and psychological nursing and other measures.The patients with severe pain were difficult to tolerate were given analgesic drugs.The nursing effect was observed.Results:After the corresponding nursing,the pains of 91.7% patients were alleviative.They can tolerate the pain.Conclusion:Many factors caused postoperative pain of fracture,and the pain accounts for a considerable proportion.According to the different categories of postoperative pain,the postoperative corresponding nursing can reduce pain of patients, and improve the quality of life.
