目的：通过在胃镜操作前及操作过程中进行心理护理，探讨行胃镜操作中的心理护理配合的特点。方法：对本院近期160例需行胃镜检查患者的心理进行分析，操作前消除患者恐惧、不安的心理，操作中指导配合。结果：160例患者中，仅3例配合欠佳，检查结束后诉咽喉部轻微疼痛，其余157例均配合良好，无任何并发症及意外发生。结论：通过操作前及操作过程中对患者进行有效的心理护理，最大程度地消除行胃镜检查的不适反应，是保证操作成功的重要条件。

목적：통과재위경조작전급조작과정중진행심리호리，탐토행위경조작중적심리호리배합적특점。방법：대본원근기160례수행위경검사환자적심리진행분석，조작전소제환자공구、불안적심리，조작중지도배합。결과：160례환자중，부3례배합흠가，검사결속후소인후부경미동통，기여157례균배합량호，무임하병발증급의외발생。결론：통과조작전급조작과정중대환자진행유효적심리호리，최대정도지소제행위경검사적불괄반응，시보증조작성공적중요조건。
Objective:Through psychological nursing before gastroscopy and in operation process,to explore the characteristics of psychological nursing for gastroscope operation.Methods:We analyzed the psychology of 160 cases undergoing gastroscopy recently,eliminated the fear and insecurity before operation,and guided the patients to cooperate with treatment in operation. Results: In 160 cases, only 3 cases cooperate poor, and there was slight pain in the above throat after check.The other 157 cases cooperate well, no complications and accidents.Conclusion:The effective psychological nursing for patients before operation and during operation,can farthest eliminate the discomfort reaction of patients,and it is an important condition to ensure the success of the operation.
