目的：探讨硝普钠与多巴胺联合应用对心力衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法：2010年1月-2013年1月收治心力衰竭患者200例，按照随机性原则分为治疗组与对照组，每组100例。治疗组采用硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗，对照组采用常规方法治疗，对比两组患者的一般情况及治愈率。结果：治疗组一般情况及治愈率均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗能显著改善心力衰竭患者的一般情况，疗效显著，安全性高。

목적：탐토초보납여다파알연합응용대심력쇠갈환자적치료효과。방법：2010년1월-2013년1월수치심력쇠갈환자200례，안조수궤성원칙분위치료조여대조조，매조100례。치료조채용초보납연합다파알치료，대조조채용상규방법치료，대비량조환자적일반정황급치유솔。결과：치료조일반정황급치유솔균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。결론：초보납연합다파알치료능현저개선심력쇠갈환자적일반정황，료효현저，안전성고。
Objective:To explore the treatment effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:200 cases with heart failure were selected from January 2010 to January 2013. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine.The control group was treated with the conventional treatment.The general situations and the cure rates were compared between two groups.Results:The general situation and the cure rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine treatment can significantly improve the general situation of patients with heart failure.It has a significant effect and high safety.
