航空发动机整机振动故障是发动机工作中较为常见和危害较大的故障。转子装配刚度是柔性转子必须要保证的基本要求,而刚度的均匀性提及较少。本文通过实例对发动机振动故障的排除过程进行分析,得出了刚度不均匀性对发动机振动故障有较大影响,对航空发动机整机振动故障的排故有一定参考作用。

The vibration fault of aero engine is the more common and serious fault in the engine work. The rotor assembly stiffness is the basic requirement to ensure that the flexible rotor must be guaranteed, while the stiffness of the uniformity is rarely mentioned. This paper analyses the process of eliminating vibration fault of engine through practical examples, and draws a conclusion that the uneven rigidity has a great impact on the engine vibration fault, which provides certain reference for eliminating vibration fault of engine.
