目的：探讨分析中低位直肠癌手术临床治疗的方法与治疗效果。方法对于该院从2010年6月-2011年5月实施手术治疗的82例中低位直肠癌患者的临床资料进行进行回顾性的分析。结果全部中低位直肠癌患者中，临床治愈的患者共75例，占91.5%，手术后发生切口感染的患者共9例(11%)，吻合口狭窄的患者共5例(6.1%)，吻合口漏的患者共3例(3.7%)；局部复发的患者共7例(8.5%)，都分别是在手术以后的第3~12月内出现复发。经治疗后，共有3例患者(3.7%)出现排尿功能障碍现象，共两例(2.4%)患者出现性功能障碍，没有手术死亡病例发生。结论对于中低位的直肠癌患者，应当依据患者的病理分期与类型来选择最佳的手术方式，保肛术是中低位直肠癌患者治疗的主要手术方式。
목적：탐토분석중저위직장암수술림상치료적방법여치료효과。방법대우해원종2010년6월-2011년5월실시수술치료적82례중저위직장암환자적림상자료진행진행회고성적분석。결과전부중저위직장암환자중，림상치유적환자공75례，점91.5%，수술후발생절구감염적환자공9례(11%)，문합구협착적환자공5례(6.1%)，문합구루적환자공3례(3.7%)；국부복발적환자공7례(8.5%)，도분별시재수술이후적제3~12월내출현복발。경치료후，공유3례환자(3.7%)출현배뇨공능장애현상，공량례(2.4%)환자출현성공능장애，몰유수술사망병례발생。결론대우중저위적직장암환자，응당의거환자적병리분기여류형래선택최가적수술방식，보항술시중저위직장암환자치료적주요수술방식。
Objective To investigate and analyze the method of the clinical treatment of mid or low rectal cancer operation and treatment effect.Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with mid or low rectal cancer patients underwent operation in our hospital from June,2010 to May,2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Of all the patients with mid or low rectal cancer,a total of 75 cases were cured in clinical practice,accounting for 91.5%,wound infection occurred in 9 cases(11%)after the operation,anastomotic stenosis occurred in 5 cases(6.1%),anastomotic leakage occurred in 3 patients(3.7%);local recurrence occurred in 7 patients(8.5%)during the third month to the twelfth month after the operation.After the treatment, a total of 3 patients(3.7%)appeared the phenomenon of urinary dysfunction,2 cases of patients(2.4%)had sexual dysfunction, no operation death case.Conclusion For patients with mid or low rectal cancer, optimal operation mode should be chosen according to the pathological stage and type of the patients, and anus preserving operation is the main mode of operation for the treatment of patients.
