定流量一级泵——变流量二级泵系统是目前大型公共建筑中主流的冷冻水系统。在这样的系统中,“大流量、小温差”问题不仅会影响冷冻泵能耗,而且会对冷水机组运行造成不利影响。为了避免这种影响,一些冷冻水系统的优化措施被提出,如安装旁通管单向阀。本文分析了加装旁通管单向阀这一改造措施的适用性,并通过算例予以直观的说明。

The constant flow pump variable flow——two pu-mp system is the current mainstream of the chil ed water syste-m in large-scale public buildings. In such systems, the problem of "high flow, low temperature difference" wil not only affect the refrigeration pump energy consumption, but also can adv-ersely affect water chil er operation. In order to avoid this effe-ct, some optimization measures of chil ed water system are pr-esented, such as the instal ation of bypass valve. This paper an-alyses this reform measures applicability of adding bypass ch-eck valve, intuits and il ustrates through examples.
