随着城市化进程的加快，外来务工人员的逐年增多，城市城郊结合部涌现出了大批出租屋。因其租赁性质、安全管理情况复杂，火灾亡人事故时有发生，成为消防管理的一大难题。笔者就城乡结合部一起出租屋火灾事故进行了阐述，从火灾调查认定的方法入手，对火灾的发生进行了分析和推理，最终认定其发生的原因。并提出了减少出租屋火灾发生的预防对策，以供参考。
隨著城市化進程的加快，外來務工人員的逐年增多，城市城郊結閤部湧現齣瞭大批齣租屋。因其租賃性質、安全管理情況複雜，火災亡人事故時有髮生，成為消防管理的一大難題。筆者就城鄉結閤部一起齣租屋火災事故進行瞭闡述，從火災調查認定的方法入手，對火災的髮生進行瞭分析和推理，最終認定其髮生的原因。併提齣瞭減少齣租屋火災髮生的預防對策，以供參攷。

Along with the speeding up of urbanization, migra-nt workers are increasing year by year, a large number of rental housing emerged in city suburban areas. Because of the com-plex nature of the lease and the safety management situation, fire casualties accidents have occurred, has become a major pr-oblem of fire control. This paper expounds the rental housing fire accident in combination of urban and rural areas, starts from identification methods of fire investigation, makes analy-sis and reasoning, final y found the reason, and puts forward the prevention countermeasures to reduce rental housing fire, for reference.
