　　随着基础设施建设步伐的不断加快，市政道路的建设取得了显著的成绩，工程建设的规模和速度都大幅增长。为保证市政道路建设的质量创优，更加需要认真研究市政道路的施工管理。文中将从成本管理、进度管理和施工现场的管理等方面对市政道路施工管理进行讨论。

Along with the pace of infrastructure construction continues to accelerate, municipal road construction has achie-ved remarkable results, engineering construction scale and spe-ed of growth. In order to ensure the quality of municipal road construction, we need to be more serious to the construction management of municipal road. This paper discusses from the aspects of municipal road construction management like the cost management, schedule management and construction site-management.
