　　城市居民对环境的质量需要越来越高，导致了园林建筑业的竞争日趋激烈。近几年来，我国的环境问题得到关注，园林工程建设如火如荼。在园林施工的过程中，加强管理以及成本控制是主要的两个方面。本文就从园林施工管理以及成本控制这两方面进行了剖析。
