　　近年来，随着国内建筑行业的迅猛发展，建筑工程中的安全问题也逐渐受到社会的广泛重视。现在，建筑工程已经从传统发展理念的层次进步到了现代化的发展理念的层次上来。在现代化的工程理念中，以人为本与百年大计、质量第一同等重要。本文就对现阶段的工程施工中，安全监理管理方面所存在的几个问题进行了仔细的阐述于分析，并且着重分析了如何完善安全监理管理的一些措施。

In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic construction industry, the security issues of constru-ction engineering are becoming increasingly widespread ate-ntion by society. Now, the construction engineering has deve-loped the concept from the traditional to the modern level of progress. In modern engineering philosophy, people-oriented is equal y important with the long-term project and quality first. In this article, the author elaborates and analyzes the existing problems of the safety supervision administration at the prese-nt stage of engineering construction, and focuses on the anal-ysis of how to improve the safety supervision administration by put ing forward some measures.
