The construction enterprise should take seriously f-rom the strategic height to construction cost, construction cost as an important means and ways to improve the core competit-iveness of enterprises, establish various measures of the const-ruction project cost fal s to real point, form cost and objectives of whole building engineering by cost management and control. According to the actual cost of construction work, this paper discusses the characteristics of construction engineering cost, focusing on the elements of the construction project cost, in order to bet er achieve the overall goal of the work in construc-tion cost.
