先进的建筑设备和高新技术在建筑事业上的广泛应用，使得我国城市建筑中给排水及综合管网建设工程也迅速发展，尤其以住宅建筑的设计最为明显。笔者根据自身的实际工作经验，从小区给排水及综合管网的设计流程、小区给排水及综合管网的设计思路等方面进行了论述。
先進的建築設備和高新技術在建築事業上的廣汎應用，使得我國城市建築中給排水及綜閤管網建設工程也迅速髮展，尤其以住宅建築的設計最為明顯。筆者根據自身的實際工作經驗，從小區給排水及綜閤管網的設計流程、小區給排水及綜閤管網的設計思路等方麵進行瞭論述。

The wide application of advanced construction eq-uipment and new technology in the construction business, ma-king our city building water supply and drainage and synthesis pipelines network construction is developing rapidly, especial -y in the design of residential building is the most obvious. Acc-ording to own practical experience, the author has carried on the elaboration from design process and ideas of the area drai-nage and synthesis pipelines network.
