Along with the speed up of Taiyuan city urbanizat-ion, a large number of residents residential construction, resi-dential green water-saving measures gradual y become the foc-us of at ention. Based on the spirit of “open source and throt-tling” ideas, this paper discusses the effectiveness and feasibil-ity of some water-saving measures.
