Hospital buildings belonging to the personnel-inte-nsive public civil construction, which has its particularity. In this article, the author introduces the hospital building from the aspects of the reasonable design of rational hospital design, the quality, schedule, and cost management of the hospital constr-uction project, aims to actively promote the exchanges for peers, and provide a certain reference for the hospital constru-ction projects.
