随着经济的快速发展和土地资源的紧缺,建设超高层结构具有可行性和必要性。其中,主要的问题是超高层结构的抗震性能设计和优化。本文首先简单介绍了超高层结构建设的现状和现有的抗震性能优化方法、超高层结构抗震性能设计的基本原则;然后详细介绍了超高层结构抗震性能设计优化的主要方法;最后总结全文,展望了超高层结构抗震性能设计的发展前景。

With the rapid development of economy and the shortage of land resources, the construction of high-rise struc-ture has its feasibility and necessity, one of the main problems is the design and optimization of high-rise structure seismic performance. This paper introduces the present situation of hi-gh-rise structure the construction and the seismic performance optimization method of high-rise structure, the basic principle of design of seismic performance, and then introduces the mai-n methods of seismic performance optimization design of sup-er high-rise structure, final y summarizes the thesis, and makes the prospect of the seismic performance development of high-rise structure design.
