随着时代的发展，节能建筑将是未来住宅建筑发展的主要趋势，也是落实可持续发展的重要举措。笔者结合多年实践经验，对当前节能型住宅发展的现状进行了分析，并就如何在住宅建筑设计中凸显节能理念提出了几点拙见。
隨著時代的髮展，節能建築將是未來住宅建築髮展的主要趨勢，也是落實可持續髮展的重要舉措。筆者結閤多年實踐經驗，對噹前節能型住宅髮展的現狀進行瞭分析，併就如何在住宅建築設計中凸顯節能理唸提齣瞭幾點拙見。
수착시대적발전，절능건축장시미래주택건축발전적주요추세，야시락실가지속발전적중요거조。필자결합다년실천경험，대당전절능형주택발전적현상진행료분석，병취여하재주택건축설계중철현절능이념제출료궤점졸견。
With the development of the times, energy saving building will be the main trend of future housing development, is also an important measure to implement sustainable develo-pment. Combined with many years of practical experiences, the author analyzes on the present situation of energy-saving type of residential development, and puts forward some sugge-stions of how to highlight energy-saving ideas in the residenti-al building design.
