随着我国国民经济的不断发展，人民群众生活水平的不断提高，人们对生活环境质量的要求也在逐渐提升。在提倡可持续发展的当代，秉持可持续性理念发展小城镇用地，能够有效提高城镇化标准。本文对城镇用地的发展现状、土地资源的分区、影响城镇用地规划的综合因素以及城镇用地发展的持续性等方面进行了分析。

With the continuous development of our national economy, the improvement of people's living standard, peopl-e's requirement of the living environment quality is also gradu-al y increased. In the contemporary advocated sustainable de-velopment, upholding the concept of sustainable development in smal towns, can effectively improve the standard of urban-ization. This paper analyzes the developing situation, partition of land resources, comprehensive factors affecting urban land use planning, and sustainability of urban land development.
