随着大规模的城市建设发展，人们开始逐渐把目光转向了城市更新，提出了生态城市，绿色城市等理想城市模型。对城市旧建筑进行必要的改造，是城市更新具体方式之一。在可持续发展的理论体系不断拓展和完善下，以合理的更新、改建旧建筑，替代大量的拆除重建的方式，是促进资源可持续利用的理性选择。

Along with the large-scale development of city co-nstruction, people began to turn to the city renewal, put forw-ard the ecological city, green city as an ideal city model. The transformation of the old city building is necessary, one of the city renewal ways. Expanding and improving constantly in the theoretical system of sustainable development, a reasonable update, the reconstruction of the old building, instead of demo-lition and reconstruction, is a rational choice to promote sust-ainable use of resources.
