　　随着生活水平的提高和科学技术的发展进步，人们对生活条件的要求也越来越高。本文首先对暖通技术的概念及其发展现状进行了阐述，然后在此基础上具体分析了建筑工程暖通技术施工中的常见问题，最后针对在建筑工程中如何加强暖通施工的质量提出了一些解决措施。

Along with the development and progress of the living standard and the improvement of science and technology, people are increasingly higher on the living conditions. This paper firstly introduces the concept and actuality of HVAC tec-hnology, and then on this basis makes a detailed analysis of the common problems of construction ventilation technology in construction, final y analyzes how to strengthen the HVAC co-nstruction quality in construction engineering, and puts forw-ard some solving measures.
