联村医生责任制是一种新型社区卫生服务模式，但是，联村医生责任制也面临着医疗卫生人才匮乏、整体专业素质低下等问题的严峻考验。如何有效提升农村医疗卫生队伍的全科医疗能力与服务水平、实现联村医生模式向全科服务团队模式的真正转变成为急待破解的难题。本文就此问题做一简单阐述，以期有所帮助。

Village doctors responsibility system is a new community health service model.However,village doctors responsibility system is facing severe test of lack of medical personnel and low overall professional quality.How to effectively improve the rural medical and health personnel in general medical capacity and service level and achieve real change from village doctors to general practitioners team model becomes a difficult problem,which need to be resolved.This paper makes a simple exposition in order to help to expectations.
