目的：探讨人性化护理理念应用于妇产科临床护理中的应用价值，总结护理方法。方法：选取50例患者作为对照组行常规护理，50例患者作为观察组行人性化护理，统计对比相关指标。结果：观察组发生不良事件与结局4例，优于对照组20例，观察组满意度、基础护理次数分别(94.77±2.63)分、(54.22±29.08)次/人优于对照组(82.69±21.35)分、(32.59±13.45)次/人，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，观察组住院时间(8.02±4.83)天与对照组(8.38±5.62)天，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：人性化护理理念应用于妇产科临床护理可有效抑制护理风险，减少护理差错与纠纷，提高患者满意度，但增加了护理工作量，医院应酌情开展。

목적：탐토인성화호리이념응용우부산과림상호리중적응용개치，총결호리방법。방법：선취50례환자작위대조조행상규호리，50례환자작위관찰조행인성화호리，통계대비상관지표。결과：관찰조발생불량사건여결국4례，우우대조조20례，관찰조만의도、기출호리차수분별(94.77±2.63)분、(54.22±29.08)차/인우우대조조(82.69±21.35)분、(32.59±13.45)차/인，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)，관찰조주원시간(8.02±4.83)천여대조조(8.38±5.62)천，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：인성화호리이념응용우부산과림상호리가유효억제호리풍험，감소호리차착여규분，제고환자만의도，단증가료호리공작량，의원응작정개전。
Objective:To discuss the application value of humanistic nursing in clinical care of obstetrics and gynecology,and to summarize the nursing method.Methods:50 patients were selected as the control group with routine nursing care,50 patients were selected as the observation group with humanistic nursing.The related indicators were compared.Results:In the observation group, 4 cases had adverse events and outcomes,which was better than the control group of 20 cases.The satisfaction and nursing times of observation group were 94.77±2.63 scores and 54.22±29.08 times/person,which were better than those of the control group with 82.69±21.35 score and 32.59±13.45 times/person,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the hospital stay time was 8.02±4.83 days;in the control group,it was 8.38±5.62 days,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The humanistic nursing in clinical care of obstetrics and gynecology can effectively inhibit the nursing risks,reduce nursing errors and disputes and improve patient satisfaction,but it increase the workload of nursing,hospital should carry out it according to the actual situation.
