人类胎儿感觉系统的形态结构从妊娠早期开始就已经形成,并随妊娠进展逐步完善和成熟。妊娠中晚期胎儿能感知外界的声音并产生相应的反应,通过分析声音刺激后胎心率、胎动及中枢神经系统的反应,可以判断胎儿宫内发育状况,及时了解胎儿宫内安危以及胎儿智力发育情况,对优生优育具有重要意义。
