目的：探究预见性护理在重症肺炎相关急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）中的护理效果。方法选取2005年3月-2012年3月在该院进行治疗的重症肺炎合并ARDS患者52例，随机分成观察组和对照组两组，对照组患者和观察组患者分别按照一般性的护理和一般护理结合预见性护理的方法，观察两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组和观察组两组患者痊愈、好转、死亡的例数分别为14和20、7和6、5和0，治疗有效率分别为80.77%和100.00%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=5.53，P<0.05）。结论对于重症肺炎合并ARDS的患者来说，在一定的基础护理的基础上，可以使患者更加积极配合治疗，临床效果也比较确切，值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on severe pneumonia associated acute respiratory distress syn-drome (ARDS). Methods 52 cases of patients with severe pneumonia complicated by ARDS treated in our hospital from March, 2005 to March, 2012 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Patients in the control group and the observation group were given general nursing and general nursing combined with predictive nursing, respectively. The nursing ef-fect of the two groups was observed. Results The number of cured cases, improved cases and death cases of the control group and the observation group was 14 and 20, 7 and 6, 5 and 0, respectively;the treatment efficiency was 80.77%, 100%, respectively, χ2=5.53,P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For severe pneumonia patients with ARDS, on the basis of basic nursing, can make patients more actively cooperate with the treatment, the clinical effect is relatively accurate, which is wor-thy of clinical promotion.
