高职院校土木类工程专业“123”人才培养模式的改革是创建具有高职特色人才培养模式的重要探索。硅湖职业技术学院推行土木工程类专业“123”人才培养模式的改革，摸索出土木工程类专业“123”人才培养模式的内涵、推行土木工程类专业“123”人才培养模式的目标和意义。其内容为优化课程体系，调整课程结构、重组课程内容、改革教学方法和手段、改革教学评价体系，逐步实现学生所学知识、技能和企业岗位需求“无缝对接”。

Professional“123”training mode reform of vocational colleges of civil engineering works is to create an impor-tant exploration of the characteristics of higher vocational education training model. Silicon Lake Vocational and Technical College is the implementation of the reform of the civil engineering class professional personnel training mode“123”,worked out the meaning of civil engineering class professional personnel training mode“123”,the implementation of the objectives and significance of the civil engineering class professional“123”training mode. Its contents aim to optimize course system,adjust the course structure,restructure curriculum reform,teaching methods and means,reform teaching evaluation system,and progres-sively realize the seamless connection between the students’knowledge,skills and enterprise job demand.
