轨道交通的建设给城市带来巨大收益时，不能忽视地铁建设中出现的种种事故，在我国轨道交通建设，特别是地铁建设如火如荼开展的同时，工程事故也随之屡屡发生，造成巨大的经济损失和生命健康损失，严重影响社会的和谐稳定。本文阐述了开展风险管理实践研究的意义，分析了风险管理实践的组织架构，提出了风险管理实践的控制策略。

The construction of rail transportation has brought great benefits to the city, can not ignore the various accidents in metro construction, in the construction of railway transport-ation in China, especial y subway construction like a raging fi-re development at the same time, the engineering accidents ha-ve occurred frequently, causing huge economic losses and hea-lth life loss, serious impact on social harmony and stability. T-his paper describes the development of risk management prac-tices of the significance of the study, analyzes the practice of risk management organization structure, puts forward the cont-rol strategy of the risk management practice.
