在工程施工阶段中，加强建筑施工质量的监理工作非常重要。国内监理工作水平和发达国家相比有很大的差距，在实际的监理工作中还存在着一些问题，笔者将根据自身的经验，分析工程监理在建筑施工管理中的作用。

In the project construction stage, the supervision st-rengthening construction quality is very important.
