At present, the fol ow-up audit of the whole proc-ess of project cost in the construction project has been widely recognized by the market. The whole process of fol ow-up audit can achieve the supervision level forward, which is cond-ucive to standardize the management of construction projects. This article elaborates the advantages of fol ow-up audit and summarizes and analyzes the various stages of the main conte-nts of the audit of the government investment projects, and gives some suggestions to improve the fol ow-up audit.
