Scientific and reasonable to carry out the project cost control and management is the basis premise for investors to achieve good investment returns as wel as social benefits. This article elaborates Chinese current project cost manageme-nt problems, and analyzes and studies seriously to put forward some specific countermeasures to solve the problem to provide reference only.
