桥巩水电站船闸工程闸室本体段和上下游导航墙在施工的过程中采用了半悬臂大块模板,该模板自重轻,施工成本低,同时可有效避免传统散装模板拆模后出现漏浆、错台、挂帘等常见质量缺陷问题,拆模后的混凝土垂直平整,外观光滑质量良好。本文主要就半悬臂模板的结构组成、施工技术以及施工特点进行阐述。

The shiplock's chamber body section and the ups-tream and downstream navigation wal of Qiaogong Hydropo-wer Station used big-size semi-cantilever formwork in the con-struction process, and the template has the advantages of light weight, low cost, and can effectively avoid the common quailt-y defects of traditional bulk template after removal like leaka-ge, dislocation, curtain, concrete after stripping has vertical flat, smooth appearance and good quality. This paper describes the structure, construction technology and construction characteri-stics of semi-cantilever formwork.
