建筑节能是我国经济发展中的重要国策。建筑给水排水的节能就是在建筑物的设计、建造和使用过程中执行建筑节能标准,采用节能型的给水排水工艺、设备、材料,提高系统效率和性能,加强建筑物用能系统的运行管理,利用可再生能源,在保证建筑物给水排水功能的前提下,减少系统的能耗。
