随着城市化进程的加快，不同类型的民用建筑、商用建筑的增多，深基坑支护作为整个建筑工程的重要部分，尤其是在高层建筑中，具有不可置疑的作用。不仅影响工程质量，对建筑使用寿命也有重要影响。本文结合我国建筑工程施工中深基坑支护的技术管理，对建筑深基坑准备阶段、施工阶段的技术管理要点进行了简要的探究和阐述。

Along with the accelerating process of urbanization, civil buildings, commercial buildings of different types increa-sed, the deep foundation pit support as an important part of the whole construction, particularly in high-rise buildings, has the undisputable function, not only affects the quality of project, also have an important influence on the service life of buildin-gs. Combined with the construction technical management of deep foundation pit in China's construction, this paper explores and explains key points of preparation stage, construction stag-e in the construction technical management of deep foundation pit briefly.
