　　质量是建筑工程的基础和根本，施工管理质量的好坏直接影响着建筑工程的整体施工建设，也关系着建筑工程的经济社会效益以及人民群众的生命财产安全，关系着整个社会的治安稳定，因此，必须要进行严格的管理和加强。本文就当前建筑施工管理中存在的问题和不足进行简单的分析，并研究和讨论如何提高建筑施工管理的质量和效益，从而更好的提高建筑工程的整体建设水平，促进和推动我国建筑行业的长效、健康、可持续发展。

Quality is the basis and foundation of building eng-ineering, the construction quality management directly affects the overal construction of the building, also in relation to the economic and social benefits of construction, people's life and property security, relations with the security and stability of w-hole society, therefore, must carry on the strict management and strengthening. This paper simply analyzes the existing pr-oblems and insufficiencies in the management of building con-struction, studies and discusses how to improve the quality and benefit of construction management, and thus to improve the overal construction level of construction project bet er, prom-otes and pushes the long-term, healthy, sustainable developme-nt of our construction industry.
