At present, the technology and management level in the field of intelligent building in China lagged behind the needs of the real development, which result in the construction management of construction projects difficult to meet the act-ual needs of project construction. This article analyzes the cu-rrent situation of the construction of intelligent building, and further elaborates the intelligent building construction manage-ment strategy on the basis of this situation.
