目的:探究高血压患者血糖异常与内皮祖细胞 CD34+水平相关性及对 IMT(动脉内膜中层厚度)的影响。方法:收治原发性高血压(EH)患者80例,经血糖检测,分为 EH 并发血糖调节异常组(n=54例)和 EH 并血糖正常(NBG)组(n=26例),健康组选择21例健康人,经全自动流式细胞仪监测各组EPCs CD34+水平,采用统计SPSS20.0分析组间EPCs CD34+水平差异。结果:高血压血糖异常组CD34+显著低于高血压血糖正常组和健康组(P<0.05);高血压血糖正常组显著低于健康组(P<0.05)。内皮祖细胞CD34+与冠状动脉IMT具有明显负相关(P<0.05);血糖异常程度与冠状动脉IMT正相关,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄与冠状动脉IMT呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者血糖水平异常时,PCs CD34+水平会明显下降,血糖异常与IMT异常无显著关联,而内皮祖细胞CD34+水平与IMT变化呈负相关性。因此,内皮祖细胞CD34+水平可作为动脉内膜中层厚度变化的评定指标,可能能够作为冠心病的预测因子。

목적:탐구고혈압환자혈당이상여내피조세포 CD34+수평상관성급대 IMT(동맥내막중층후도)적영향。방법:수치원발성고혈압(EH)환자80례,경혈당검측,분위 EH 병발혈당조절이상조(n=54례)화 EH 병혈당정상(NBG)조(n=26례),건강조선택21례건강인,경전자동류식세포의감측각조EPCs CD34+수평,채용통계SPSS20.0분석조간EPCs CD34+수평차이。결과:고혈압혈당이상조CD34+현저저우고혈압혈당정상조화건강조(P<0.05);고혈압혈당정상조현저저우건강조(P<0.05)。내피조세포CD34+여관상동맥IMT구유명현부상관(P<0.05);혈당이상정도여관상동맥IMT정상관,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);년령여관상동맥IMT정정상관(P<0.05)。결론:고혈압환자혈당수평이상시,PCs CD34+수평회명현하강,혈당이상여IMT이상무현저관련,이내피조세포CD34+수평여IMT변화정부상관성。인차,내피조세포CD34+수평가작위동맥내막중층후도변화적평정지표,가능능구작위관심병적예측인자。
Objective:To explore the correlation between abnormal blood glucose and CD34+ levels of endothelial progenitor cells of hypertensive patients and the influence to IMT.Methods:80 patients with essential hypertension were selected.Through the detection of blood glucose,they were divided into the EH complicated with hyperglycemia group(n=54 cases) and the EH complicated with normal blood glucose group(NBG)(n=26 cases).21 cases of healthy people were selected as the health group. Each group of EPCs CD34+ levels were detected with automatic flow cytometry.The differences of EPCs CD34+ levels among groups were compared using SPSS 20.Results:In EH complicated with hyperglycemia group,blood CD34+ was significantly lower than that of the EH complicated with normal blood glucose group and the healthy group(P<0.05);The EH complicated with normal blood glucose group was significantly lower than that of the healthy group(P<0.05);Endothelial progenitor cell CD34+ and coronary artery IMT had significant negative correlation(P<0.05);The degree of abnormal blood glucose and coronary artery IMT had positive correlation,but it was not significant(P>0.05);Age was positively correlated with coronary artery IMT(P<0.05). Conclusion:In hypertensive patients with abnormal blood sugar levels,PCs CD34+ level is decreased significantly,blood glucose anomaly is not significantly related to IMT anomaly,and CD34+ levels is negatively correlated with IMT change.Therefore,the level of endothelial progenitor cell CD34+ can be used as evaluation index on changes of arterial intima-media thickness,and may be predictors of coronary heart disease.
