本文提出了一种应用于室外LED的新型平板热管散热器。为了证明平板热管散热器在高功率LED散热方面的优势，利用商业软件Star-CD对其的散热情况进行了数值模拟，并与相同结构的铝制散热器以及热板-铝翅片散热器进行比较。并通过对初始模型的底板热源布置方式及外部结构进行调整，得出了一款结构优化并符合LED散热要求的平板热管散热器。

This paper presents a new outdoor LED-based flat heat pipe radiator. In order to prove its advantage in efficient heat dissipation, its heat dissipation capacity is simulated by Star-CD commercial software, compared with the same structure of the aluminum radiator and the hot plate-finned aluminum radiator. And the layout and external structure of baseboard heat source of initial model is adjusted, and the structure is optimized and it is suitable for the LED heat dissipation.
