民营企业在我国经济总量中占有重要的比重，这一群体的发展状况影响了我国经济稳定和长远发展。随着改革开放的深入，许多创立于70年代的企业亦获得了快速的发展，且许多企业处于管理层交替和变革的阶段，如何通过战略的制定和调整实现民营企业的顺利转型，最终发展成为具有世界影响力的民族品牌是本文讨论的重点。

Private enterprises occupy an important proportion in the Chinese economy aggregate, which development situation will affect China's economic stability and long-term development. With the deep-going expanding of reform and open to the outside world, the enterprises which were established in 1970s achieving high speed development. Many private enterprises are at the stage of reforming and management of alternating layers. The focus of this paper is to investigate how to promote the transformation of private enterprises from the perspective of strategic management.
