In order to do well human resource management, we must start from the enterprise strategy and arrange different levels of personnel management mode at different stages, or human resource management is just empty talk. Human is the inherently constructive potential factor and the special resources determining the survival and development, vigor and vitality of enterprise, so to strengthen human resources management in the new situation has important significance to retaining a variety of professionals and promoting the development of construction enterprise. We must grasp the whole process of training, and actively encourage professional and technical personnel to participate in qualification examination, adhere to the education and training of employees, encourage employees to accept continuing education, increase internal training degree and strengthen the horizontal linkages with university research institutions, conduct seminars and technology training whose main content includes corporate culture, rules and regulations, operating procedures and professional skills to train professional technicians and management staff for enterprises.
