With the spread of financial crisis, financial management becomes the core of enterprise management. Through expounding the definition, categories and manifestation of financial risk, this article proposes some policies and measures to prevent financial risk and provides references for enterprises to set up risk awareness, take prevention measures and promote healthy development.
