2006年6月,人事部、中组部等部委联合下发了《关于事业单位工作人员收入分配改革方案的通知》和《事业单位工作人员收入分配制度改革实施办法》等文件。这些文件的出台拉开了我国收入分配制度新一轮改革序幕。收入分配制度改革涉及众多人的切身利益,这既是经济问题也是政治和社会问题。

In June, 2006,the Ministry of Personnel, the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and other departments jointly issued the"Notice of the Reform of Income Distribution System in Institutions" and "The Implementation Approach of the Reform of Income Distribution System in Institutions" and other documents. These documents opened the new reform prologue of income distribution system of China. The reform of income distribution system relates to many people's vital interests, and it is not only an economic problem but also the political and social issue.
