湿地具有巨大的生态功能,在水土保持、净化水源、调节生态环境中发挥着重要作用。然而建设油气管道不可避免要穿越湿地,对湿地环境产生一定影响。如何将对湿地的环境影响降到最低,实现人与自然的和谐发展成为研究的重点,为此本文以非洲Nya河湿地穿越为例,施工前采取环境评价,施工中采取环境控制、施工后进行评价和持续跟踪的方法,加强对湿地环境的保护。

The ecological function of wetland is enormous, and wetland plays an important role in soil and water conservation, water purification, regulating ecological environment. However, the oil and gas pipeline will cross through the wetlands inevitably, which has a certain impact on wetland environment. It has become a research that focuses on how we can reduce the environment impact to minimum and realize the harmonious development of man and nature. In this article, we has taken the Nya River Wetland in Africa for example, and taken the environmental assessment before construction, environmental control during pipeline crossing, and continuous evaluation tracking after construction.
