综采技术在厚煤层中已经得到了广泛应用,而较薄煤层的高产高效开采仍然是等待解决的难题。我国煤炭储量大且赋存多样化,其中,薄与极薄煤层资源丰富,分布广泛。在已探明矿区中,八成以上的矿区均有薄煤层分布。薄及较薄煤层逐渐变为主采煤层,薄煤层的开采日益受到重视,而相对的,厚煤层、中厚煤层的储量急剧下降甚至枯竭,很容易得出一个结论:得薄煤层者,得煤炭采掘之天下。本文通过实践探索,在设备选型、采面设计、两巷支护、回采工艺、现场管理等方面提出了综采技术在较薄煤层中的应用,希望抛砖以引玉。

Mining technology has been widely applied in thick coal seam; the mining of thin seam is still a difficult problem to solve. China's coal reserves are large and various, especially thin and very thin coal seam resources are abundant, and widely distributed. More then 80 percent of proved mining area has thin coal seam. Thin and thinner coal seam gradually becomes the main mining coal seam. The thin seam mining drew more attention from people. On the contrary, the reserves of thick coal seam and middle coal seam sharp decreased and even exhausted. Based on the practice and exploration, the paper puts forward the application of fully mechanized mining technology in thin seam mining in the selection of equipment, mining face design, two roadway supporting, mining technology, on-site management, hoping to provide reference for the peer.
